Terms of Damon Shop

What are the Damon Shop’s terms of use & privacy policy?

The Damon Shop is part of Damon Motors Inc., and your activity on this page is subject to the Damon Shop Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Can I resell the items purchased from the Damon Shop?

No, items from the Damon Shop are solely for your personal use.

You will not market, resell, or otherwise distribute the item to any third-party for commercial purposes. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with the intention to resell or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. 

Payment

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay for items using major credit or debit cards.

Your card details are not recorded or stored in our database. They are encrypted and are transferred securely to our payment processing provider for immediate authorization. Once we have received authorization from the payment service provider, we will confirm your order.

How are taxes calculated?

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. 


Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout. The system will automatically select the lowest cost option available from our shipping providers.

We offer free domestic shipping to customers in Canada & the US on orders over $200 USD.

What are the Damon Shop’s delivery timeframes?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We rely on different shipping methods and vendors to give you the best rates and options possible. For this reason, there might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of Damon’s control. In addition, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some service delays that will impact the time of delivery for certain countries.

Damon nor any courier or carrier service that we use shall not be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to any adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood, extreme winds, or fire), explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, acts of governmental authorities, pandemic, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your item ships, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@damon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Does the Damon Shop ship to a PO box or APO?

We currently offer shipping to a home or business address. We do not offer shipping to a PO box or APO address.

Does the Damon Shop ship internationally?

Damon ships to Canada, the US, and most international countries. To verify if shipping to your location is possible, please input your exact delivery address to view available options.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Damon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Contact us at shop@damon.com or send us a chat to check on your order. If your order is already in progress, we will be unable to accommodate any request to modify it.

If any of the details you have provided in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which are not received.

Is it possible to return an item?

We accept returns up to 30 days after an item is received.

To be eligible for a refund for your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items that meet the above requirements will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Items received outside of the requirements will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

How do I process a return?

To initiate a return for items purchased from the Damon Shop, please:

  1. Email us at shop@damon.com with (subject line: Damon Shop Returns) to obtain a return shipping label.
  2. Package your unworn or unused item and ship it back with the provided label.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping costs.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

When can I expect a refund for my return?

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by Damon. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If your return was due to defect or warranty, you will not need to pay for return shipping. For all other instances, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

What do I do if my order is damaged upon arrival or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at shop@damon.com immediately (with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and subject line: Damaged/Incorrect Item) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damon addresses this on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect that it was made in bad faith.
